How long will my order take?
Personalized orders may take 3-5 weeks turn around time, excluding weekends and holidays. (On average orders are shipped within 3 weeks). Orders are shipped through USPS.
In Stock Orders (Initially Yours , Large Slanted Initials & Passport Covers) Items will ship 3-5 business days. If not in stock up to 2 weeks
When your order has shipped, a tracking number will be issued to the email in which the order was placed under. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site.
To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. Please allow up to 5-7 business days (USA) for your order to arrive after you received the tracking number. International orders may take 15-20 business days to arrive. If this time has passed, and your order has not been delivered, please email us at designzby9@gmail.com
- Designz By 9 is not responsible for wrong shipping address nor any stolen packages once item is marked as delivered.
- If your tracking states "Delivered" but you did not receive your item please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number that was given.
Please note: At times, you may receive a tracking number after normal business hours or during the weekend. This means your order has been processed and will be shipped the next business day.The US Postal Service does not guarantee the delivery date and time of your package.
Designz By 9 is not responsible for any post office delays.
Holiday specials shipping dates are specified "Order By" date that is given during the Holiday Special!
How is my order processed?
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed within 12-24 hours after receipt. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year.
After my order is submitted, can I make changes or cancel it?
We will attempt to make the change to your order within 24 hours after your has been made. Because Designz by 9 offers custom made-to-order items there are no cancellations or refunds. If you make an error or you want to cancel your order, we are sorry, but we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. Please email designzby9@gmail.com to make changes within 24 hours.
How many letters can appear on my jewelry item?
Please read each style criteria for each item variant**

How do I know what size chain to select?
Chain sizes are 14"-22" inches - standard size chain for average woman is 16".
Decide where you would like the necklace to sit – on your collar bone, or maybe on your upper chest or maybe you like it to sit loosely on your lower chest.

Keep in mind that the chain lengths do not include pendants therefore the average chain would be 16.75” – 18" with the pendant depending on the size of the pendant.
How do I care for my items?
We believe that knowing how to care properly for your name jewelry will make all the difference in maintaining its lovely luster, which is why it is important you read the basic jewelry care instructions. (Included in your packaging) or click here.
Does Designz By 9 Ship Worldwide?
Yes! We ship Internationally/Worldwide. We also ship to AFO/FPO addresses. All shipments to International, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Please be sure your military address is complete and correct. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
The customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties. DBY9 will not be responsible for fees charged by customs.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal in US Dollars only. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account balances, and bank accounts securely without sharing your personal information. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid delays.
**Please note PayPal -E-Check payments take an additional 5 business days to process. PayPal will not allow us to ship your order until they verify your payment has cleared.
What if my order is incorrect or is missing an item?
While DBY9 tries best to process your order as quickly as possible, sometimes human errors can occur in fulfilling an order. Other times, the merchandise may be damaged during the shipping and handling of packages. In these situations we want to do everything we can to fix the error as quickly as possible. If we made an error in the fulfillment of your order, please email us. The incorrect item returned to us in new and unused condition. To return incorrect items an email will be sent with return label and instructions
All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If an item is damaged, missing pieces or wrong item sent, please contact us within 24-48 hours from the date you received the package. Please be sure you checked the entire contents of your package. If you do not contact us within 24-48 time period, DBY9 may not be liable.

Do you offer Promotional/Coupon Codes?
Periodically, DBY9 will offer promotional codes. One (1) Offer may be used per order. Coupon codes cannot be applied to specific sale items. Any current codes CANNOT be applied to a previous purchase. Adjustments will not be made. The coupon code is entered at check out. What is your return policy?
NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES - ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products DBY9 do not offer refunds or credits. All of our items are made with fine finishes and awesome designs. DBY9 is committed to first class service and total satisfaction in regards to product quality, service and price. Our items are personalized to your own specifications.
If it is an error on DBY9, we will correct it or an unforeseen incident customer will receive store credit only.

We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotion or promotional code, at our sole discretion. If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s) and your order will not be shipped.
